At SUQQU, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your beauty products, you may return unused and unopened items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.

Return Process

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective seals are intact, and include a copy of your delivery note inside the box.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home collection.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
